My cousin bought a used Big Bad 42 Komodo that sat through two winters uncovered. He's planning to use it for our reunion this coming summer. The dome has a visible fracture and some moisture got inside because of the winter damage that I mentioned. Is it smarter to just replace the whole upper shell? So we don't stress about it anymore? Honestly I've worked on ceramics before, but not Komodos. Any insights would be much appreciated.
