I'm in the middle of planning an outdoor kitchen, and I definitely want to build my ceramic grill into the counter setup, gotta add we use a Kamado style cooker, and while I love the versatility, I want it to have a more permanent home instead of dragging it around on the cart, I've seen a few horror stories about people building them in too tight or not leaving enough airflow. What's the best way I should go about it?, need to get it right this first time so I don't have to rebuild my island mid summer
